Ingredients:
1 cup coconut gratings
2-3 green chilies
Finely chopped Coriander Leaves
About 4 curry leaves - optional
Tamarind Concentrate-1\4 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
To prepare chutney grind coconut, chillies, tamarind paste and salt to a smooth paste adding little water to grind. Mix coriander leaves. Season this with a tsp of oil, mustard seeds and curry leaves.
